Brief introduction: Prof. Liang Anhui is a national high-level talent, currently the director of the Center for Optical Fiber Communication and Biophotonics Interdisciplinary Research of Shandong University of Science and Technology (Preparation), a second-class professor and a doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in cutting-edge fiber optic communication and bio-optics research and development in the United States, Japan, China (Hong Kong) and other countries for more than 20 years.

Brief introduction: Prof. Dong Li is a renowned figure in the field of Computer Science and Engineering at MUST, with a Ph.D. from Sun Yat-Sen University. His academic focus is on Digital and Mobile Communications, while his research delves into Wireless Communications, IoT, and Wireless AI. With a career spanning from Assistant to Full Professor at MUST, Li has made significant scholarly contributions.
His work has been honored with awards such as the Best Paper Award at MICCIS and the Distinguished Paper Award at IEEE GreenCom, among others. He has also been recognized as one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. Li is an active member of IEEE and the Executive Board Committee of the IEEE Macau Section, contributing to the advancement of science and technology in Macau.

Brief introduction: Prof. Wen Miaowen is a full professor at South China University of Technology, known for his Ph.D. from Peking University and academic visits to Princeton University and the University of Hong Kong. With over 200 IEEE journal papers, including more than 100 in IEEE Transactions, his work has garnered over 10,000 citations and an H-index of 53. He serves as an editor for top-tier journals in communications and is an IEEE Senior Member. Prof. Wen has led key research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and others, earning accolades like the IEEE Communication Society Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award and multiple Best Paper Awards at international conferences. He is also recognized as a highly cited researcher by Elsevier.
Brief introduction: D., Professor of Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) under the “Young Hundred Talents Program”, and selected as one of the young talents under the “Pearl River Talents Program” of Guangdong Province in 2021. He was an assistant professor at Eastern New Mexico University in the U.S., and has nearly 4 years of overseas teaching experience, and has passed the evaluation of the U.S. Distinguished Professor or Researcher category (EB1B).In 2021, he has presided over three provincial and ministerial projects, and participated in the U.S. National Natural Science Foundation of China’s first-level project as the main participant. He has published 38 papers (including one ESI highly cited paper) with more than 400 citations.
